摘要:

目的:研究不同浓度的普洱生茶、熟茶对牛切牙脱矿速率的影响。方法:运用恒pH法,通过动力学实验比较经去离子
水、NaF、不同浓度的普洱生茶、熟茶处理过的牛切牙抗酸脱矿作用的强弱。结果:脱矿速率曲线表明,NaF组消耗HAc的量最
少,脱矿速率最慢,96 mg/mL生茶组、6 mg/mL和12 mg/mL的熟茶组较去离子水组脱矿速率慢,同浓度的熟茶组消耗的HAc的
量少于生茶组。结论:高浓度生茶组、低浓度熟茶组都具有抗酸脱矿作用,但作用不及NaF组,提示熟茶的防龋作用强于生茶。

Abstract:

Objective: To study the influence of different concentrations of Pu'er Tea, ripe tea on the demineralization rate of bovine
incisors. Methods: Through constant pH method, kinetics experiment was used to compare the effect of anti acid and demineralization
of bovine incisors processed by deionized water, NaF, different concentrations of raw tea and ripe tea. Results: Demineralization rate
curve shows that NaF group consumed the least amount of HAc and had the lowest demineralization rate; raw tea group(96 mg/mL),
ripe tea group(6 mg/mL, 12 mg/mL)had the low demineralization rate comparing with the deionized water group and the ripe tea
consumed less HAc comparing with raw tea in the same concentrations. Conclusion: NaF group, enjoyed the best effect of anti acid
and demineralization compared with the high concentration of raw tea group, low concentration of ripe tea group, which shows that ripe
tea has better anti-caries effect than raw tea.
