Phylogenetic Relationships of Caryandinae based on Mitochondrial COI Gene Sequences

摘要:

基于线粒体COⅠ基因538 bp片段重建了斑腿蝗科中4亚科(卵翅蝗亚科、稻蝗亚科、禿蝗亚科和黑蝗亚科)10属37种
和锥头蝗科1属1种(外群)的系统发育关系。结果显示:(1)4亚科的亲缘关系为(((卵翅蝗亚科、稻蝗亚科)秃蝗亚科)黑蝗亚
科);(2)卵翅蝗亚科为一个单系群;(3)卵翅蝗属、龙川蝗属的单系性未被支持,但二者均属于卵翅蝗亚科;(4)清水卵翅蝗种团
的单系性得到支持,表明清水蝗属并入卵翅蝗属的合理性。

Abstract:

With the species Atractomorpha sinensis as an outgroup, the phylogenetic relationships of 37 species belonging to 10
genera from 4 subfamilies(Caryandinae, Oxyinae, Podisminae and Melanoplinae)of Catantopidae were reconstructed based on COⅠ
gene 538 bp sequence data. The results suggested that: 1)the phylogenetic relationships among 4 subfamilies can be expressed as
(((Caryandinae, Oxyinae)Podisminae)Melanoplinae); 2)Caryandinae was supported as a monophyletic group; 3)the monophyly of
Canyanda and Longchuanacris can not be supported, but the two belong to the Caryandinae; 4)the monophyly of C. viridis species
group was supported which indicated the rationality of merging the Qinshuiacris into the Caryanda genus.
