摘要：

无论在藏区还是在西方，藏传佛教都拥有广泛的信众。这种宗教资源被境外分裂势力转化成了可资利用的政治资源，
不仅影响藏区的稳定，也严重扭曲了我国的国际形象。扭转这种被动局面的一个可行思路是，以更加自信的心态对待宗教，建
立广泛的宗教统一战线，在宗教领域里构筑起一条捍卫国家利益的隐性防线。

关键词: 藏传佛教, 涉藏问题, 话语权

Abstract:

In Tibetan area and western, there are many disciples of Tibetan Buddhism. By means of transforming the religious
resource to political resource, the separatists not only influence the Tibet security, but also distort China's international figure. To
reverse this passive situation, we need to treat religion with confidence, build up a united and invisible defense of religion on national
interest in the near future.
