摘要/Abstract

摘要：

博士教师在学校教学、科研、学科建设和人才培养中起着引领作用，他们的专业素养和职业道德状况对大学生和其他
教师有着重要的影响。梳理大理大学博士教师职业道德修养存在的主要问题，并有针对性地提出提高大理大学博士教师职业
道德修养的对策，旨在提升大理大学博士教师职业道德修养，从而为高校教师职业道德建设作出应有的贡献。

关键词: 大理大学, 博士, 职业道德

Abstract:

Faculty members with Doctoral degree play a leading role in teaching, research, discipline construction, and talents
programs. Their professional quality and professional ethics greatly affect college students and other faculty members. This paper
summaries the main professional ethics problems of teacher with Doctoral degree in Dali University and proposes improve
countermeasures for making contribution for the construction of college teacher's professional ethics.
