摘要/Abstract

摘要：

大学生就业往往陷入理想和现实两难的困局中，要想破解困局，需要从学生个体、高校和政府三个层面突围。学生个
体要做好充分就业准备，端正择业心态，提高个人的综合素质；高校办学要面向市场，以就业为导向，通过教育教学改革，调整
专业设置，提高办学水平，保持大学生就业竞争优势；政府要加强对就业市场的建设和管理力度，加大政策帮扶力度，消除政策
壁垒，营造自由、公平、开放的就业环境推动大学生充分就业，大力鼓励和扶持大学生的创业活动。

关键词: 大学生择业, 高校改革, 政府调控

Abstract:

College students' employment tends to fall into the dilemma between ideal and reality. It needs to be broken from three
aspects: the individual student, colleges and universities, and government. Students need to prepare for employment, remain in good
mental statue, improve the comprehensive quality of individuals; universities need to take market into consideration, adjust the degree
programs, improve the management level with the guidance of employment and reform to keep students' competitive advantage in
employment; government should strengthen the construction and management of the job market, intensify policy assistance, eliminate
the policy barriers, create a free, fair and open employment environment to promote employment for college students, encourage and
support college students to start up a business.
