摘要:

目的:探讨干扰素基因874 位点(IFN-γ +874T/A)的单核苷酸多态性与扩张型心肌病(DCM)易感性之间的关系。方
法:收集经大理大学第一附属医院确诊的113 例DCM 患者(患者组)以及100 例汉族健康成人(对照组)的静脉血,采用PCRSSP
技术和琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测DCM 患者和健康对照者的IFN-γ +874T/A 单核苷酸多态性。结果:患病组IFN-γ +874TT 基
因型分布频率(30.97%)与健康对照组(8.00%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=17.631,P<0.01);患病组和对照组的T 等位基因
分布频率分别为40.27%和22.00%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.352,P<0.001)。结论:IFN-γ +874T/A 多态性与DCM 易
感性可能存在密切联系。

Abstract:

Objective:To investigate the relationship between mononucleotide's polymorphism of IFN-γ gene's 874 site and the
susceptibility to dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods:In this case-control study, we have collected venous blood of 113 patients with
DCM(patients group)and of 100 healthy Han adults(control group)from the first affiliated hospital of Dali University. PCR-SSP
technology and agarose gel electrophoresis were applied to detect mononucleotide's IFN-γ +874T/A polymorphism of the two groups.
Results:There were significant differences between the patient group whose IFN-γ +874TT genotypic frequency distribution was
30.97% and the health control group with 8.00%(χ2=17.631,P<0.001). The distributive frequencies of T allele in the patient group
and control group were 40.27% and 22.00% respectively. There were statistically significant differences between them(χ2=16.352,P<
0.001). Conclusion:There may be a close relationship between IFN-γ +874A/T polymorphism and the susceptibility to DCM.
