摘要/Abstract

摘要： 千百年来澜沧江流域独特自然生态和文化环境中，与茶相生相伴的云南少数民族，创造和保存了人与自然和谐共生的普洱茶文化。饱含着浓郁而多彩民族茶文化“芳香”的普洱茶文化，在“色、香、味、韵”等诸多方面，在中国茶文化美学宝库中彰显出其独特的审美意蕴。

Abstract:

Having lived for thousands of years in the Langcang River Basin of unique ecological and cultural features, minority groups in Yunnan Province have created the Pu'er tea culture which symbolizes the harmony between man and nature. Pu'er tea demonstrates ethnic aesthetics in its color, fragrance, taste and charm, which makes it a special part in the Chinese tea culture.
