边疆民族地区校园足球师资发展的现状及对策 ——基于对云南省的调查研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 运用文献资料、访谈等研究方法，对云南省校园足球师资的发展建设情况进行深入调查了解，总结取得的经验及成效，分析不足及原因，提出建议对策，为足球改革背景下边疆民族地区校园足球师资发展工作提供借鉴和参考。研究表明：云南省校园足球师资缺口依然很大，发展不平衡，体系不完善，任务艰巨，亟需开创性地开展工作，按期实现目标。

Abstract: Based on methods including document literature and interviews, this paper makes an in- depth investigation in the development and construction of campus football teachers in Yunnan province, draws lessons from past experiences and achievements, analyzes the problems and causes, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the development of campus football teachers in border ethnic areas in the background of football reform. The research shows that schools in Yunnan province are still short of football teachers, teachers' development is unbalanced, and the system is imperfect. It is an arduous the task that needs to be solved with creativity in order to achieve the goal on time.
