摘要： 白族医药的传承与发展经历了早期的与巫医相伴、南诏大理国时期的与宗教混杂、元明清时期的与中医交融、近现代 的与西医碰撞等四个阶段，在多元文化背景下形成了兼容并蓄的医学体系，是我国民族医药文化的瑰宝，也是人类多元文化交 流的范本。

Abstract: The inheritance and development of the Bai ethnic medicine have experienced four stages: the early stage of the association with witch doctors, the integration of religions during the period of Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms, the integration of traditional Chinese medicine during the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the collision between modern and western medicine. A compatible medical system has been formed in the multicultural background, and has become a treasure of national medical culture in China and also a model for human multicultural exchanges.
