Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, a number of monographs and papers have been emerged continuously on the research
theories and methods of the history of the Communist Party of China. Among them, in the research of the party history paradigm, the
party history academic circle has actively introduced and proposed a number of historical paradigms, and applied the historical
paradigm to the practice of research. Researchers should pay attention to the exploration of the paradigm of party history, actively
absorb relevant research achievements of the historiographical circle, transform and create several historical paradigms that are
consistent with the facts of party history research, and deepen the research on theories and methods of party history. The significance of
research in this area is reflected in enriching the content of the research on the theory of the party history paradigm, improving the
academic thinking in the study of party history, and specifying the direction of the intermediary theory system for party history.
