摘要：

［摘要］目的：总结采用自制股骨远端髓外定位截骨工具的全膝关节置换手术护理配合以及措施。方法：对我院50例接受全膝
关节置换患者的手术配合进行回顾性分析。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术，患者膝关节功能都得到恢复，并无1例因护理配
合措施不当而发生感染。结论：手术室护士的术前用物准备越充分对控制感染越有帮助；对手术步骤、手术器械的熟练掌握及
积极配合可以缩短手术时间从而减少失血；医护间的良好配合是手术成功的关键之一。

Abstract:

〔Abstract〕Objective: To summarize the nursing care measures in total knee arthroplasty by using a self-made positioning tool of
distal femoral extramedullary osteotomy. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 50 patients undergoing TKA in our
hospital. Results: All the surgeries were successful, and patients' knee joint function recovered well. There was no infection case
caused by improper nursing measures. Conclusion: The better preoperative preparations the operation room nurses make, the better
postoperative infection can be controlled; the operation time can be shortened and blood loss can be effectively reduced when nurses
have a good understanding of surgical procedures and surgical instruments; good cooperation between doctors and nurses is one of the
keys to successful operation.
