实验安全教育视域下研究生思想政治教育的创新路径探析

摘要: 高校实验室安全工作与思想政治教育之间具有互融互通的关系,研究生实验室安全教育过程中践行“课程思政”育人
理念,对促进研究生全面发展、培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人具有重要意义。当前,实验室安全教育和思想政治教育存在
教育理念缺位、队伍力量薄弱、形式方法单一、文化传承断裂等问题。聚焦实验室安全提升研究生思想政治教育的实效,在实
现路径上要从理念目标、队伍建设、机制运行和文化氛围四个维度着手。

关键词: 实验室安全, 研究生, 思想政治教育

Abstract: There is a relationship between university laboratory safety work and ideological and political education. In the process of
postgraduate laboratory safety education, to practice the concept of "curriculous thinking" is of great significance for the promotion of
the comprehensive development of graduate students and the training of socialist builders and successors. At present, laboratory safety
education and ideological and political education have problems such as lack of educational concepts, weak team strength, monotonous
formal methods, and cultural fragmentation. For the effects of laboratory safety on promoting postgraduate ideological and political
education, we must start from the four dimensions, i.e. concept goal, team building, mechanism operation and cultural atmosphere in
the path of realization.
