摘要: 基于民族地区农村小学教育的现状,探索培养地区适用的全科型小学教师是教师教育的必然之路。明确适应民族地 区农村小学教育的全科型小学教师的素质结构,探索全科型小学教师的培养途径,以期为民族地区的教师教育人才培养提供 参考。

Abstract: Based on the present situation of rural primary education in minority areas, it is inevitable to cultivate general-subject primary teachers who are suitable for local areas. This paper explicates the quality structure of general-subject primary teachers and explores the ways of cultivating the teachers in order to provide a reference for teacher education for minority areas.
