部分市售餐具洗洁精中有害物质检测分析

摘要: 目的:了解部分市售洗洁精的甲醛、 铅(Pb)、 镉(Cd)、 锰(Mn)含量和pH值。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法和pH计法及 火焰原子分光光度计法分别对洗洁精中甲醛、Pb、Cd、Mn含量及pH进行检测。结果: 26份所检洗洁精(散装+精装)样品中均检 测出甲醛,检出范围在0.004~0.076mg/g,甲醛含量差异有统计学意义( t=2.745, P=0.018<0.05),散装和精装洗洁精中Pb均未检 出,Cd有13份检出(散装5份+精装8份),Mn在散装中有2份检出,散装和精装洗洁精pH检出范围在5.7~10.5。结论: 26份洗洁 精的甲醛、Pb、Cd、Mn含量及pH值均符合国家标准。但不同包装其含量存在差异,故消费者购买洗洁精时应综合考虑。

Abstract: Objective:TounderstandthepHvaluesandcontentsofformaldehyde,Pb,CdandMninsomecommerciallyavailable detergent. Methods: Thecontentsofformaldehyde,Pb,CdandMnandpHvaluesinthedetergentweredetectedbyUV-visible spectrophotometry,pHmetermethodandflameatomicspectrophotometry. Results:Formaldehydewasdetectedin26samples(bulk samples and hardcover samples)with a detection range of 0.004-0.076 mg/g. The differences of formaldehyde contents were statisticallysignificant( t=2.745, P=0.018<0.05).Pbwasdetectedinneitherbulksamplesnorhardcovers,Cdwasdetectedin13 samples(5bulksamplesand8hardcoversamples),andMnwasdetectedin2bulks.ThepHofthesamplesweredetectedwitha rangeof5.7to10.5. Conclusion: ThepHvaluesandthecontentsofformaldehyde,Pb,CdandMninthe 26sampleswerein accordancewiththenationalstandard.However,thereweredifferentcontentsindifferentpackages.Therefore,consumersshould syntheticallyconsiderwhentheypurchasedetergents.
