云南拉沙山鞘翅目昆虫不同采样法的差异研究

摘要: 为探究不同采集法对鞘翅目昆虫调查全面性和系统性的影响,以支持鞘翅目昆虫的多样性调查和长期生态监测,选择 怒江州兰坪县云岭省级自然保护区的拉沙山区域开展昆虫监测,从海拔2500m至3700m,海拔每隔200m设置1个样方,共 设7个样方。每个样方内同时采用陷阱法、马来氏网和扫网法收集鞘翅目昆虫。将采集到的鞘翅目昆虫分类鉴定到科,分析3 种方法采集到的虫体数量及差异,结果显示各种方法采集的优势类群及特有类群差异较大。共采集到虫体667只,隶属26个 科;其中马来氏网采集到13个科,陷阱法和扫网法分别采集到15个科,仅有4个共同的科。为更全面和系统地开展区域多样 性研究,建议未来的鞘翅目昆虫多样性调查和长期生态监测多种方法综合使用。

Abstract: Tosupportthediversitysurveyandlong-termecologicalmonitoringofColeopterathroughinvestigatingthecomprehensive andsystematicimpactofdifferentcollectionmethodsonColeopterainsects,thisstudycarriedoutinsectmonitoringintheLasha MountainareaofYunlingProvincialNatureReserveinLanpingCounty,NujiangPrefecture.From2500mto3700mabovesealevel, asampleplotwassetevery200mataltitude,and7sampleplotsweresetintotal.Threesamplingmethods(pitfalltraps,Malaisetraps andsweepingmethod)wereusedsimultaneouslytocollectColeoptera.CollectedColeopterainsectswereclassifiedandidentified accordingtotheirfamilies,andthenumbersanddifferencesoftheinsectscollectedbythethreemethodswerecomparedandanalyzed. Theresultsshowedthatthedominantgroupandtheuniquegroupcollectedbydifferentmethodsweregreatlydifferent.Atotalof667 insectswerecollected,belongingto26families;amongthem,13familieswerecollectedthroughtheMalaisetraps,15familieswere collectedthroughpitfalltrapsandthesweepingmethod,andonly4commonfamilieswerecollected.Inordertocarryoutregional diversityresearchmorecomprehensivelyandsystematically,itisrecommendedthatacomprehensiveuseofColeopterandiversity surveysandlong-termecologicalmonitoringbeusedinthefuture.
