Research on the Path of Chinese Cultural Promotion in Cambodia under the Background of "The Belt and Road"

摘要: 文化传播是增强一国软实力的重要手段,“一带一路”背景下中国提升对柬埔寨的文化传播能力,具有重大的现实意义。中国对柬埔寨的文化传播存在诸多问题。在新时代语境下,中国对柬文化传播应采取多样化的文化传播手段,加强中柬双方的交流互动;坚持文化创新精神,展示新时代中国文化的独特魅力;重视对传统媒体和新媒体资源的整合与利用,充分利用现代网络媒介资源;加大对柬文化传播的智库建设,提供对柬文化传播的原动力。中国唯有提升对柬文化传播力,才能更好地实现中柬民心相通,扩大中国对外文化话语权。

Abstract: Cultural promotion is an important means to enhance the soft power of a country. The promotion of Chinese culture in Cambodia in the context of "The Belt and Road" has great practical significance, but there are still many problems. In the new era,China should adopt a variety of means for the cultural promotion in Cambodia, and strengthen the exchanges and interactions between China and Cambodia; should adhere to the spirit of cultural innovation to demonstrate the unique charm of Chinese culture in the new era; should attach importance to the integration and utilization of traditional and new media resources, and make full use of modern network; and should increase the construction of think tanks for the spread of Chinese culture, and strengthen the motive power for the spread of Chinese culture. Only by the promotion of Chinese culture in Cambodia can China better realize the bond between Chinese and Cambodian people and expand China's discourse power in foreign cultures.
