Study on the Correlation among Focal Adhesion and Microfilaments and Cell Areas of C3H10T1/2

摘要: 黏着斑是将细胞外基质与细胞骨架联系起来的多蛋白聚集体,可形成细胞迁移的伪足。微丝对细胞贴附、铺展、运动、
内吞、细胞分裂等许多细胞功能具有重要作用。对间充质干细胞(C3H10T1/2)骨架系统进行研究,通过采用ZEN、ImageJ以及
SPSS等软件分析黏着斑、微丝以及细胞面积之间的关系。实验结果显示,微丝总长度与黏着斑数量、黏着斑面积与黏着斑数
量、细胞面积与黏着斑数量均存在显著的相关关系。

Abstract: Focal Adhesion is a multi protein aggregate linked by extracellular matrix and cytoskeleton, forming the pseudopodium for
cell migrations. Microfilaments play an important role in cell adhesion, spreading, movement, endocytosis, cell division and many other
cell functions. This paper studies the cytoskeleton system of C3H10T1/2 cells through analyzing the correlation between Focal
Adhesion and microfilaments and cell areas based on ZEN, ImageJ and SPSS. The results show the significant correlation between the
number of Focal Adhesion and total length of microfilaments, of the area of the plaque and the number of Focal Adhesion, and of the
cell area and the number of focal Adhesion.
