摘要: 区块链的分布共识技术对于改善生鲜电商领域的产品信息共享、物流交易信息透明等发展瓶颈具有重要应用价值。
总结区块链技术的发展研究情况,并介绍区块链的典型技术,指出区块链技术融入传统领域在技术上已具备基础。基于生鲜
电商供应链管理现状,从交易主体、节点企业、核心企业以及供应链整体环节四个方面总结管理中存在的显著问题。阐述生鲜
电商区块链平台的应用价值,指出生鲜电商区块链平台的类型是联盟链,并依据区块链技术框架设计生鲜电商区块链平台的
体系框架。针对生鲜电商供应链管理中的显著问题提出应用策略。

Abstract: The distribution consensus technology of blockchain has important application value in improving the development
bottlenecks of fresh e-commerce, such as product information sharing and logistics transaction information transparency. Therefore, it
firstly summarizes the development and research situation of blockchain technology, and introduces the typical technologies of
blockchain, pointing out that the integration of blockchain technology into the traditional field has already had technological supports.
Based on the current situation of fresh e-commerce supply chain management, the significant problems in the management are
summarized from four aspects: trading entity, nodal enterprise, core enterprise and the overall link of the supply chain. Then, the paper
expounds the application value of fresh e-commerce blockchain platform, points out that fresh e-commerce blockchain platform is
alliance chain, and designs the system framework of fresh e-commerce blockchain platform according to the blockchain technology
framework. Finally, the application strategy is put forward to solve the significant problems in fresh e-commerce supply chain
management.
