摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为解决传统民居适应现代居住功能及增加结构耐久性的不同要求，大理地区对传统白族民居进行了各种不同的更新
改造实践。针对实际改造案例中出现的新材料和新的构造方式对传统民居的耐久性和安全性产生的不利影响进行了研究和
分析，对有效的解决方法提出积极探索，以期为传统民居的更新改造提供可行的方向。

关键词: 大理传统白族民居, 更新改造模式, 整体性能

Abstract: In order to solve the different requirements of traditional houses to adapt to modern residential functions and increase the
durability of structures, Dali has carried out a variety of different renovation practices for traditional Bai folk houses. This paper studies
and analyzes the adverse effects of new materials and new construction methods on the durability and safety of traditional residential
buildings. In order to provide a feasible direction for the renovation of traditional houses, this paper puts forward some effective
solutions.
