Its contents mainly include： the rise and fall of ecological civilization； economic development and environmental protection； the main idea of people-centeredness in ecological civilization； the integrity and systematicness of ecological civilization； the harmonious coexistence of man and nature； and the community of ecological destiny for mankind. It has strong theoretical and practical value.
