Exploration and Practice in Combining Teaching and Competition in the Curriculum Group of "Radio Frequency Communication and Antenna"

摘要: 为了激发学生的动手能力、巩固理论知识点,结合“新工科”创新型工程人才的培养需求,提出了“天线系统设计”大赛模式。采用课赛结合、创新学分获取、奖品奖励等多种激励方式,以及优秀作品、优秀创意、活动体系和进出机制的宣传方式,多方面吸引学生积极参与,扩大该课程群在校的影响力。课赛结合模式采用知识点拓展模式、思维训练模式、成果考核模式,有效地培养了学生独立研究能力、团队协作能力、创新能力和综合设计能力,显著提高本科生培养质量。

Abstract: In order to stimulate the practical ability and consolidate the theoretical knowledge of students, and taking into consideration the needs of training innovative engineering talents, the "antenna system design" competition mode is proposed. The course adopts a variety of incentives such as the combination of teaching and competition, innovative credit acquisition, prize awards, as well as the promotion of outstanding works, outstanding ideas, the activity system and the working mechanism to encourage students' active participation, and to expand the influence of the curriculum group in the school. The combination mode of teaching and competition adopts knowledge-expansion mode, thinking-training mode, and achievement-evaluation mode, which effectively cultivates students' independent research ability, teamwork ability, innovation ability and comprehensive design ability, and significantly improves the quality of undergraduate training.
