Abstract: Objective： To analyze the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods： A total of 246 patients with breast tumor（256 breast nodules） admitted to Baoshan People's Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. The results of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and conventional ultrasound were evaluated based on postoperative pathological results. Results： 256 breast nodules were diagnosed by postoperative pathology， including 103 malignant tumors and 153 benign tumors. Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography correctly diagnosed 90 malignant tumors and 136 benign tumors. Conventional ultrasound correctly diagnosed 72 malignant tumors and 119 benign tumors. The sensitivity， specificity and accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors were higher than those of conventional ultrasound. Conclusion： Compared with conventional ultrasound， contrast-enhanced ultrasonography has higher sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors， and is worthy of promotion.
