摘要:

目的:采用19-二甲基亚甲蓝光度法测定4种蜗牛制品中糖胺聚糖的含量,并对检测方法进行方法学验证。方法:采用19-二甲基亚甲蓝光度法测定蜗牛糖胺聚糖含量,对该方法的专属性、线性、重复性、精密度、准确度、稳定性及耐用性进行考察,并采用该方法测定4种蜗牛制品中糖胺聚糖的含量。结果:该方法测定蜗牛中糖胺聚糖含量具有良好的专属性,最大吸收波长为520 nm;在520 nm波长下测定白玉蜗牛干制品、光亮大蜗牛干制品、白玉蜗牛黏液冻干品、光亮大蜗牛黏液冻干品中糖胺聚糖的含量分别为4.10%1.90%15.85%9.31%。结论:该方法经考察后其专属性、线性、重复性、精密度、加样回收率、稳定性及耐用性均符合相关规定,且操作简便。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo determine the glycosaminoglycan content in four snail products by 19-dimethylmethylene blue spectrophotometry and to verify the detection method. MethodsThe 19-dimethylmethylene blue spectrophotometry method was used to determine the glycosaminoglycan content in snailsand the specificitylinearityreproducibilityprecisionaccuracystability and durability of the method were investigatedand the method was used to determine the glycosaminoglycan content in four snail products. ResultsThe method had good specificity for the determination of glycosaminoglycan content in snails with the maximum absorption wavelength of 520 nmthe contents of glycosaminoglycan in dried white jade snail productsdried glossy large snail productsfreeze-dried white jade snail mucus products and freeze-dried glossy large snail mucus products determined by the method at 520 nm were 4.10%1.90%15.85%and 9.31%respectively. ConclusionAfter investigationthe method met the relevant requirements for specificitylinearityrepeatabilityprecisionrecovery ratestability and durabilityand it is easy to operate.
