Abstract: In order to promote the core values of socialism, advance the construction and development of university campus culture,
centering the themes of safety and health, traditional Chinese culture, and traditional "family" culture, an attempt was made to construct
and refine the campus culture of college dormitories in the new era. The aim was to promote the cultural breadth and education depth of
college students, guide them to form a safe environment, healthy behavior awareness, and an atmosphere of moral education and
harmonious development.
