每个民族、每个地域都有自己特有的、值得研究分析的饮食文化。对于鹤庆县新华地区的饮食文化，必须从生态人类学的角度，从文化与环境的关系入手进行分析，来认识人与自然的关系，并关注人与其产生的文化及支撑文化的生态环境之间的关系。
Food culture distinguishes nations and regions. This paper aims to understand human-nature relationship and humanculture-environment relationship by analyzing the food culture and environment in Xinhua, Heqing County from an ecoanthropological approach.
