批评与自我批评是我们党的三大优良作风之一。开展批评与自我批评的目的是为了坚持真理，修正错误，巩固和增强党的团结，推动党的事业不断前进。新形势下发扬批评与自我批评优良传统，对于加强和改进党的作风，促进党内和谐，保持党的先进性具有重要意义。
Criticism and self-criticism is one of the three fine traditional styles in our Party. The purpose of criticism and selfcriticism is to uphold truth, rectify mistakes, consolidate and strengthen the Party's unity and promote the continuous advance of the party's cause. This paper elaborates the fine style of criticism and self-criticism in the new situation, which is of significance for strengthening and improving the style, promoting harmony, maintaining the importance of the Party. The paper also puts forward the problems of criticism and self-criticism which we should pay attention to.
