重金属铅和汞对蚕豆根尖细胞的微核效应

以蚕豆根尖为试材,不同浓度的醋酸铅和氯化汞为受检物,探讨重金属Pb2+ 和Hg2+对蚕豆根尖细胞的微核效应。结果表明:Pb2+和Hg2+均能诱发蚕豆较高的微核率,且微核率随溶液浓度升高而增加,但当高于一定浓度后,微核率反而有下降的趋势。因此,蚕豆可以作为快速检测环境中Pb2+ 和Hg2+遗传毒性的材料。

MCN Efects of the Heavy Metal ions Pb and H on the Viciafaba Root Cell

Micronucleus effects of the heavy metal ions Pb and Hg on Viciafaba root cells were investigated with different eoncentrations of lead acetate and mercuric chloride.The results showed that within certain range of concentrations, both Pb2+ and Hg2+ can induce high mieronucleus frequency (MCNF)of Vicia faba root cells with a dose dependent manner,however,MCNF was found not to increase in a linear pattern with high Pb2+ and Hg2+ concentration.So Vieia ba could be used as the material for fast detection of the genotoxicity of Pb2+ and Hg2+ in enviroment.

Abstract:
