避暗实验测定小鼠学习记忆功能方法的研究

目的:为了提高避暗实验测定动物学习记忆功能的敏感性,本实验对东莨著碱复制的小鼠记忆获得障碍模型采用了3
种不同的测试方法。方法:使用造模药物东莨蒡碱复制小鼠记忆获得障碍模型,采用单次、两次和多次测试法对小鼠避暗潜伏期和错误次数两项指标进行测试,并比较各方法的敏感性。结果:对于东莨菪碱复制的小鼠记忆获得障碍模型,单次测试法两项指标均未显示出模型组与对照组之问的显著性差异;两次测试法避暗潜伏期指标两组之间没有统计学意义;多次测试法两项指标均有统计学意义。结论:在避暗实验中多次测试法更能敏感地反映动物的学习记忆能力。

Methodological Study of Passive Avoidance Test of Learning and Memory Function in M ice

Objectives:To improve the sensitivity ofpassive avoidance test,three various testing methods were applied to estimate the learning and menlory function in lnice model with dysmnesia induced by scopolamine.M ethods:Scopolamine was used to duplicate dysmnesia models in mice.Latency time and numbers of error were obtained by simple test method,double test method and muhi—test method.The senstitivities of each method were compared.Results:In simple test,there were no signifcant differences between model group and control group in both latency time and numbers of error.While data have not shown significant difference on latency time in double test.However,in multi—test,there were significant diferences in both two indexes eompared to the other two groups.Conclusion:Multi—test was the most sensitive method to nleasure the learn ing and memory ability in animal during passive avoidance test.
