2010年5月至12月，对云南省兰坪云岭省级自然保护区及周边地区的鸟类资源进行了调查，综合过去在该区域鸟类调查
的资料记载，云岭省级自然保护区迄今共记录鸟类15目38科167种。鸟类组成以画眉亚科、鸫亚科和莺亚科种类居多。有国家I级重点保护鸟类2种，II级重点保护鸟类19种。保护区鸟类以留鸟为主，有96种；夏候鸟59种；冬候鸟7种；旅鸟5种。留鸟和夏季在当地繁殖的鸟共155种，其中属于东洋区的种类共75种，跨东洋区和古北区两动物界的广布种有80种。保护区鸟类物种多样性较丰富，区系成分有南北混杂交汇的特点。
The bird survey was carried out from May to December, 2010 in Yunling Nature Reserve of Lanping County and the
surrounding area. Area total of 167 birds species were recorded, representing 15 orders and 38 families. The birds mainly consist of babblers, thrushes and warblers. Among these birds, 2 species are in the list of China National Key Protected Bird Class I, 19 species in the list of China National Key Protected Bird Class II. There are 96 resident birds, 59 summer visitors, 7 winter visitors and 5 travelers. Seventy-five species belong to the Oriental and 80 species extensively distribute. The bird species diversity is high and avifauna has the characteristics of North and South mixed intersection.
