莠去津对土壤微生物数量的影响

莠去津除草剂施入土壤后改变了土壤微生物的数量。本实验以莠去津为研究对象,采用稀释平板法,分初期、中期、后
期、末期4个阶段研究莠去津对土壤微生物数量的影响。结果表明:莠去津除草剂对土壤中的放线菌、真菌的数量在4个时期都有抑制作用,对土壤中的细菌在初期、中期和后期有促进作用,在末期有抑制作用。总体上,莠去津除草剂对土壤中真菌、放线菌有抑制效果,对细菌的抑制作用较对真菌、放线菌的抑制作用存在滞后性。

Effects of Atrazine on Soil Microorganism Numbers

Soil microorganism numbers change after the Atrazine herbicide being applied in the soil. By taking Atrazine as the
research object, the experiments were divided into four stages: early, middle, late, end. In the present study, the effects of Atrazine on soil microorganism numbers were investigated through dilution-plating method. The results indicate that: Atrazine herbicide can change the soil microorganism numbers; it can inhibit the numbers of soil actinomycetes and fungi at four stages; Atrazine can promote the growth of the number of bacteria in the soil in the early, middle and late, but the inhibition in the end. On the whole, the Atrazine herbicide that being applied in the soil has inhibition on the numbers of actinomycetes and fungi, but there exists hysteresis nature in the inhibition on the numbers of bacteria.

Abstract:
