岩陀中岩白菜素提取工艺优化的探索

目的:优选岩陀中岩白菜素提取工艺。方法:以岩白菜素含量为指标,以溶剂浓度、溶剂用量、提取次数和提取时间为考
察因素,采用正交试验法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺是以60%甲醇为提取溶剂,溶剂用量为20 mL,提取3次,每次30 min。结论:此工艺简便、易行,稳定性好、重现性好,可为进一步开发利用岩陀提供理论参考。

Optimization of the Extraction Process of Bergenin from Rodgersia pinnata

Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of bergenin from Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl. Methods: The extraction
technology of bergenin from Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl was optimized by orthogonal design taking the content of bergenin as index with the solvent concentration, the amount of solvent, the extraction time and extraction times as investigation factors. Results: The optimal extraction technology of bergenin from Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl was as 60% methanol as solvent, 20 mL of solvent amount, 20 min of extraction time, and 3 times of extraction. Conclusin: The optimum extracting technology is simple, feasible, stable and reproducible,and it serves as theoretical reference for further development and utilization of Rodgersia pinnata Hemsl.

Abstract:
