马钱子几种炮制品质量控制研究

目的:研究马钱子炮制前后马钱子碱的含量及最优炮制方法。方法:以马钱子碱为对照品,在262.6 nm波长处测定马钱
子中马钱子碱含量。结果:马钱子碱在2.2~13.2 mg/mL与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率92.88%(RSD=4.3%)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于马钱子炮制品的质量控制研究。

Study on Quality Control of Several Processed Products of Strychnos

Objective: Strychnos content of active ingredients before and after processing and the optimal processing method.
Methods: To strychnine as a reference substance, was measured at 262.6 nm wavelength of Strychnos alkali content in. Results: The brucine showed good linearity with in the range of 2.2~13.2 mg/mL, r=0.999 5, the average recovery was 92.88% (RSD=4.3%).Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and can be used for Strychnos quality control of processed products.
