反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿金翘颗粒中绿原酸的含量

目的:建立小儿金翘颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent XBP-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸(12:88)为流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长327 nm,柱温25 0C。结果:绿原酸在0.05~5.00 μg/mL之间有良好的线性关系(r =1.0),平均加样回收率100.44%,RSD为1.50%。结论:该法操作简便,准确,可靠,重现性好,可用于小儿金翘颗粒的质量控制。

Determination of Chlorogenic Acid Content in Xiaoerjinqiao Granules by RP-HPLC

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for content determination of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoerjinqiao Granules.
Methods: We applied the Agilent XBP-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm)as the chromatographic column, and the mobile phase with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(12:88)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min under the detection wavelength of 327 nm, and the column temperature of 25 0C. Results: There was a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.05~5.00 μg/mL (r =1.0). The average recovery was 100.44% and RSD was 1.50%. Conclusion: The method appears to be simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Xiaoerjinqiao Granules.
