Abstract:

Objective: To explore the clinical value of real-time dynamic four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal
malformation prenatal. Methods: Conventional two-dimensional and real-time 4D ultrasound were detected by E8，VOLUSON730
four-dimensional ultrasound on 38 679 fetus of 18-37 weeks. Results: There were 235 cases of fetal malformations in 38 679 cases,
in which 65 cases with fetal nervous system malfomation, 28 cases with facial deformity, 14 cases with neck (cervical lymph hygroma)
malformation, 39 cases with cardiac malformation, 14 cases with chest deformity, 10 cases with diaphragmatic hernia, 12 cases with
abdominal malformation, 17 cases with urinary system malformations, and 36 cases of limb bones deformity. Conclusion: Compared
with two-dimensional ultrasound, four-dimensional ultrasound imaging can provide richer diagnostic information, a comprehensive
and visually display fetal malformations, and more accurate prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformations, with great clinical value.
