摘要:

目的:研究核桃分心木化学成分。方法:利用色谱方法进行化学成分分离与纯化,并通过现代波谱分析及化学方法鉴定
结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为催吐萝芙木醇(1)、2-乙氧基胡桃醌(2)、二氢槲皮素(3)、柚皮素(4)、儿茶素(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)。结论:分心木中富含酚性成分,化合物1-6均是首次从分心木中分离得到。

Abstract:

Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Diaphragma juglandis Fructus. Methods: The constituents were
separated and purified with chromatographic methods and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical analyses. Results: Six compounds were identified as vomifoliol(1)2-ethoxyjuglon(2)texifolin(3)naringeni (4)catechin(5)and β-sitosterol (6). Conclusion: D. juglandis is rich in polyphenolic constituents. All compounds reported in this study were isolated from D. juglandis for the first time.
