摘要：

目的：提高重症克感敏中毒患者的救治成功率。方法：在一般性抢救治疗的基础上，应用血液透析、血液灌流等血液净化
技术抢救治疗急重症克感敏中毒患者18例。结果：抢救成功17例（94援4豫），且无并发症、后遗症；1例因凝血功能障碍，呼吸循环衰竭死亡。结论：血液净化是抢救急重症克感敏中毒的一种切实有效的治疗方法，具有治疗周期短、效果好、副作用小等优点。

Abstract:

Objective: To increase the success rate of saving the patients suffering from severe Keganmin intoxication. Method: In
addition to the general treatment, 18 cases of severe Keganmin Intoxication were treated with blood purification, such as HDHP, etc.Result: 17 patients （94.4%）were successfully saved and no complications or sequels occurred. 1 patient died of breath and circulation failure caused by coagulation defects. Conclusion: Blood purification is an effective treatment for saving the patients suffering from severe Keganmin intoxication. It has such advantages as short treatment cycle, good effectiveness and little side-effect.
