Solution to the Problems in the Performance Management in Tertiary Hospitals

摘要:

医院绩效管理是对医护人员、部门或组织的行为及结果进行规划、评估及改进的管理过程。它是实现医院战略目标的手
段与工具。通过绩效管理,可以促进医院形成以绩效为导向的组织文化,在医院发展过程中是一项极为重要的核心工作。结合卫生主管部门对三级医院绩效管理的基本要求,分析了当前三级医院绩效管理存在的主要问题,并提出了应对措施。

Abstract:

Hospital performance management, which is centered on the evaluation of the staff's activities and results, is an effective means for the realization of hospital's strategic goals. The management plays a vital role in developing hospital performance-oriented culture. Based on the requirements of the Ministry of Health, this paper puts forward a solution to the problems in the performance management in tertiary hospitals.
