几种香茶菜属植物元素谱的灰色关联分析

摘要:

目的:了解几种大理产香茶菜属植物微量元素谱的亲疏关系。方法:用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定6种香茶菜属植物
样品中的11种元素,以其含量为分析指标,用灰色关联方法研究这些样品微量元素谱的亲疏关系。结果:不育红根茎、腺花香茶菜根茎、弯锥香茶菜根茎的微量元素谱有较大的关联程度。结论:本研究为判断香茶菜属植物地下部分的生理机制、药用价值提供了一个新的思路,具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the relationship of trace elements spectra among the Isodon plants collected from Dali. Methods:Eleven trace elements of the six Isodon samples were determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Based on the content of the trace elements, the correlation of the Isodon samples was evaluated by grey relation analysis. Results: The trace elements spectra of the rhizomes and roots of I. yuennanensis, I. adenantha, and I. loxothyrsa showed close relationship. Conclusion: Results from this study could be useful for the evaluation of physiological mechanism and medicinal values of the underground part of Isodon plants.
