摘要:

利用GC-MS,GC-FID技术,对粉丝样品中的石蜡检测进行了方法建立及实际样品测试。分析结果表明,该方法对粉丝中
石蜡检测的相对标准偏差为2.3%~4.7%,样品的回收率为96%~103%。方法简便、准确、可靠、前处理简单。

Abstract:

A standard addition method for the determination of paraffin in bean thread noodles by employing GC/MS and GC/FID
technology was studied. The results show that the recovery was ranged between 96% ~103% and the relative standard deviations were ranged between 2.3% ~4.7%. This method is accurate and the pre-processing of this method is simple.
