摘要:

目的:了解某高校实验动物大白鼠蛲虫感染情况,为医学实验提供符合标准的实验动物。方法:按照国家标准《实验动物
寄生虫学》检测方法,用粪便生理盐水涂片法检查。结果:共检测1月龄、2月龄大白鼠69只,其中感染蛲虫鼠17只,阳性率25%。结论:为确保实验动物质量,应定期对动物进行寄生虫学检测,以保障实验人员安全,保证实验的可信度、严谨性。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the infection status of pinworms among experimental rats at some college. Methods: The
current national standard Laboratory Animal-parasitic Standards and Monitoring was used to test the pinworms in the samples of rats.Sample stool was smeared by physiological saline to detect pinworms. Results: The results showed that the infection rate was 25% on experimental rats (17/69). Conclusion: It is recommendable to take regular parasitic examination to assure safety of experimenter and ensure reliable and rigorous experiment.
