Investigation of the Microbial Contamination of Student's Mobiles in Some College in Dali

摘要:

目的:了解大理某高校部分学生手机微生物污染状况,为有效减少微生物污染提供合理建议。方法:随机抽取大理某高
校100名学生手机进行采样、细菌培养及检测。结果:学生手机细菌污染严重,细菌总数检出率为96%(96/100),细菌总数超标率为25%(25/100);对触屏手机与按键手机的细菌总数超标率进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且按键手机的细菌总数超标率高于触屏手机;大肠菌群阳性检出率为24%(24/100);对男女生手机之间存在的大肠菌群进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且男生手机大肠菌群检出率高于女生。结论:大学生手机微生物污染情况严重,缺乏认识及有效的消毒与保护措施。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the microbial contamination of the students' mobile phone in a college in Dali, and to provide
reasonable suggestions on how to reduce microbial contamination. Methods: Bacterial culture and detection were conducted on samples on mobile phone from 100 randomly selected students at a college in Dali. Results: Bacterial pollution was serious in students mobile phone, the total number of bacteria detection rate was 96% (96/100), and the total number of bacteria pollution exceed the standard rate of 25%(25/100). Exceed standard rate of total bacteria on keypad mobile phone was higher than that on the touch screen mobile phone(P<0.05). The positive rate of coliform group was 24%(24/100), and the coliform group detection rate of male cases was higher than that of females(P<0.05). Conclusion: Microorganism contamination was serious for college students, who were lack of understanding and effective disinfection and protection measures.
