蚕豆根尖微核试验研究云南松松塔球提取物抑突变性

Anti mutagenicity of Extracts of the Yunnan Pinecones by Vicia-Micronucleus Test

摘要:

目的:探讨云南松松塔球提取物的抑突变作用。方法:分别将大理邓川和湾桥产的蚕豆随机分为4组,经实验处理后,
采用蚕豆根尖微核技术对蚕豆根尖细胞微核数进行检测,考察松塔球提取物对蚕豆根尖细胞微核率的影响情况。结果:松塔球提取物I对邓川产蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生有抑制作用,抑制率达50%,且对环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖微核有明显的抑制作用,抑制率为62.5%。松塔球提取物I对湾桥产蚕豆根尖细胞微核的产生有抑制作用,抑制率达50%,且对环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖细胞微核有明显的抑制作用,抑制率为50%。结论:松塔球提取物可有效抑制环磷酰胺诱导的蚕豆根尖微核的产生,具有抑突变性,从而说明松塔球提取物对肿瘤的防治可能具有积极的作用。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the anti- mutagenicity of the extracts of Yunnan pincones. Methods: Horsebeans from
Dengchuan village and Wanqiao village were divided into 4 groups randomly. After the pretreatment, vicia-micronucleus test was applied to explore the anti- mutagenicity of the extracts of pinecones. Results: The extract I of Yunnan pinecone showed 50% inhibition on the Dengchuan fava beans-induced micronucleus, 62.5% inhibition on cyclophosphamide-induced micronucleus and 50% inhibition on Wanqiao fava beans root-induced micronucleus. Conclusion: Yunnan pinecone extract effectively inhibited viciamicronucleus induced by cyclophosphamide solution and showed anti-mutagenicity. Thus the extracts of pinecones may have positive effect on tumor prevention.
