摘要:

目的:探讨护士在工作中所涉及的主要问题及其应对策略。方法:分析护患沟通、护理记录的障碍因素及原因,制订应
对策略;分析护理侵权行为对患者及护理人员造成的危害,制定应对策略。结果:通过对护患沟通、护理记录的障碍因素及原因,护理侵权行为对患者及护理人员造成的危害进行原因分析,准确把握障碍因素,采取科学合理的应对策略,为患者提供安全、优质、高效、满意的服务,提高了护理整体管理水平及护理人员的工作质量。结论:正确认识护患沟通、护理记录和侵权行为的障碍因素,并采取正确的应对措施,对于提高护理整体管理水平,改善护患关系,促进患者健康,提高护理质量,化解护理纠纷,维护患者和护理人员的合法权益,防止侵权行为的发生具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the main problems in the nursing work and its countermeasures. Methods: By analyzing the
obstacle factors and causes in nurse-patient communication and nursing record, as well as the harm of nursing infringement behavior,we developed some corresponding coping strategies. Results: With analysis and accurately recognition of obstacle factors, scientific and reasonable strategies were adopted to provide patients with safe, high-quality, high-efficiency and satisfactory service. The countermeasures also improved the quality of the overall level of the management and nursing care. Conclusion: The correct understanding of the obstacle factors in nurse-patient communication factors, the nursing records and the tort behavior was important in taking proper measures to improve nursing level.
