摘要:

双语教学是实现高等教育国际化,培养具有国际交流能力的复合型人才的有效途径,然而双语教师的匮乏已成为制约
双语教学发展的瓶颈。在双语教学环境下医学专业课教师和英语教师合作进行教学的尝试,可以发挥医学专业课教师和英语教师各自的优势,不仅有利于双语教师的成长,也能使学生在学科知识和英语技能发展两方面收到良好的效果。

关键词: 双语教学, 双语教师成长, 专业课教师和英语教师合作教学

Abstract:

Bilingual instruction is an effective way to develop multi-capability talents with the ability to perform international
communication and to realize internationalization of higher education. However,shortage of bilingual teachers has become the bottleneck of the development of bilingual instruction. This essay explores the practice of joint instruction by teachers of medical subjects and teachers of English under bilingual instruction environment. Since the advantages of both teachers of medical subjects and teachers of English are brought into full play,this joint instruction has proved to be fruitful in teachers' development in bilingual instruction and students' achievements in both learning the subjects and their English proficiency.
