Experimental Study on Inductive Effects of Antibiotics on the Common Pathogenic L-form Bacteria

摘要:

目的:探讨临床常用抗菌药物对常见致病菌L型的实验室诱导作用,为临床诊治提供科学依据。方法:利用纸片弥散
法和试管稀释法,分别对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺菌进行L型菌的抗菌药物实验室诱导。结果:
头孢唑林、头孢哌酮、氨苄西林、哌拉西林、左氧氟沙星均可不同程度诱导铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺菌形成相应的
L型细菌,相同条件下金黄色葡萄球菌L型未诱导出。结论:部分抗菌药物在一定条件下能使某些细菌失去细胞壁转为L型
菌,继而发生生物学性状的改变,临床诊断治疗时应给予重视。

Abstract:

Objective: To explore laboratory inductive effects of the commonly used clinical antibiotics on the common pathogenic Lform
bacteria and to provide a scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: With the paper dispersion method and
tube dilution method, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, E. coli and Shigella were induced by antibiotics in the
laboratory. Results: Cefazolin, cefoperazone, ampicillin, piperacillin and levofloxacin could induce Pseudominas aeruginosa, E. coli
and Shigella to some degree to form corresponding L-form bacteria. L-form Staphylococcus aureus under the same condition wasn't
induced. Conclusion: Some antibiotics under certain conditions could make some bacteria lose cell walls and become L- form
bacteria, and then change their biological characteristics, which the clinical diagnosis and treatment should attach importance to.
