摘要：

目的:提高胃肠道患者术前知识知晓率。方法:品管圈（QCC）小组成员应用头脑风暴法，提出手术前患者应该知道的15
个相关知识，采用无记名问卷调查法调查46名患者，根据患者回答找出了最不知晓的5个问题，针对这5个问题，制定新的护
理方法，采用新的护理方法后，再对同类患者进行同样的问卷调查。结果:患者知晓效率从80.2%上升到97.1%。结论:采用
QCC管理后，能及时准确地找准问题，根据这些问题提出整改方法，最终形成标准化流程，这样既提高了护士的积极性又能够
高质量的为患者服务。

Abstract:

Objective: To improve the awareness rate of preoperative instruction for gastrointestinal operation. Methods: Quality
control circle（QCC）team members applying brainstorming put forward 15 pieces of related preoperative instruction that patients
should know. Forty- six patients were conducted anonymous questionnaire. Five most unknown questions were selected and
corresponding nursing was set. Then similar patients were conducted the same questionnaire. Results: The awareness rate of
preoperative instruction was highly increased, from 80.2% to 97.1%. Conclusion: QCC management could locate problems timely and accurately. Accordingly standardized process which motivates nursing work and improves serving quality would be formed eventually.
