品管圈在择期手术患者术前知识知晓率中的应用

摘要:

目的:提高胃肠道患者术前知识知晓率。方法:品管圈(QCC)小组成员应用头脑风暴法,提出手术前患者应该知道的15
个相关知识,采用无记名问卷调查法调查46名患者,根据患者回答找出了最不知晓的5个问题,针对这5个问题,制定新的护
理方法,采用新的护理方法后,再对同类患者进行同样的问卷调查。结果:患者知晓效率从80.2%上升到97.1%。结论:采用
QCC管理后,能及时准确地找准问题,根据这些问题提出整改方法,最终形成标准化流程,这样既提高了护士的积极性又能够
高质量的为患者服务。

Abstract:

Objective: To improve the awareness rate of preoperative instruction for gastrointestinal operation. Methods: Quality
control circle(QCC)team members applying brainstorming put forward 15 pieces of related preoperative instruction that patients
should know. Forty- six patients were conducted anonymous questionnaire. Five most unknown questions were selected and
corresponding nursing was set. Then similar patients were conducted the same questionnaire. Results: The awareness rate of
preoperative instruction was highly increased, from 80.2% to 97.1%. Conclusion: QCC management could locate problems timely and accurately. Accordingly standardized process which motivates nursing work and improves serving quality would be formed eventually.
