大理市下关镇动物源食品中四环素类抗生素残留的检测

摘要:

目的:对大理市下关镇市售新鲜猪肉、鸡肉、牛肉、鱼肉及其肝脏中四环素类抗生素残留情况进行检测,以期为该镇动
物源食品的监测及消费者食用安全提供理论依据。方法:用高效液相色谱,按照GB/T 5009.116—2003规定对采集的样品进行
检测。结果:随机采取的样品均未检测出土霉素(OTC)、四环素(TC)、金霉素(CTC)。结论:大理市下关镇随机采集的本批动
物性食品中没有四环素类抗生素残留。

Abstract:

Objective: The tetracyclines residue in fresh pork, chicken, beef, fish and their liversin Xiaguan, Dali were detected in
order to monitor and provide the theoretical basis for animal-derived food and food safety for consumers. Methods: The samples were
tested by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)in accordance with the provision of GB/T 5009.116—2003. Results:
Oxytetracycline(OTC), Tetracycline(TC)and Chlortetracycline(CTC)residues in the randomly selected samples have not been
detected. Conclusion: There is no tetracyclines residue in this batch of animal- derived food which was selected randomly from
Xiaguan, Dali.
