Abstract: The development of digitalization has infinitely extended the "space" and "time" of social fields while reconstructing the
mechanisms of shaping individual behavior through "punishment" and "discipline". Drawing on Foucault's Theory of Discipline, this
paper reveals how power exerts influence on individuals through invisible control mechanisms in digital spaces, and discusses the
profound implications of this phenomenon on individual freedom and subjectivity. Additionally, this paper seeks to unveil the
transformative logical relationship between discipline and autonomous self-regulation, providing reflections and insights on the
potential for digital subjects to seek a form of autonomy within the context of self-discipline.
