Abstract:  With the in-depth advancement of the Healthy China strategy, coupled with the intensifying population aging and the
comprehensive improvement of public health awareness, the "sports + health and wellness" industry has developed into an emerging
industry that integrates sports, health preservation and elderly care services in China. Based on the literature review and SWOT
analysis method, this paper analyzes the main development models of domestic "sports + health and wellness" industrial integration
and focuses on the current development situation in Yunnan Province. The research finds that Yunnan boasts unique advantages in
ecological resources, ethnic culture and locational policies, while facing prominent problems including low industrial integration level,
shortage of professional talents, imperfect infrastructure and increasingly fierce regional competition. Accordingly, this paper puts
forward four targeted integration paths: constructing a standard system and strengthening industrial supervision; enhancing policy
coordination and improving supporting facilities; deepening industrial integration and creating differentiated products; and promoting
digital empowerment to expand market channels. This study aims to provide a reference for the industrial and economic development of  Yunnan Province.
