Abstract:

Proposed "construction of the beautiful China" in the 18th National Congress of the CPC, and "adhere to green
development" in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, are state governance strategy of building a beautiful China
with green development as the guiding concept and the mode of development. In view of the significance of land frontier governance in
the state governance, it's necessary to adhere to the value of green development and the beautiful border. The construction of advanced
ecological culture, green production, green life style and sound ecological environment is the core of building beautiful border, which
does not only help maximize the welfare of citizens of people's livelihood in frontier, and further enhance the national cultural soft
power, but also ensures the sustainable development of the Chinese nation. By highlighting the status and function of "the construction
of the beautiful frontier" in state governance strategy, cultivating advanced ecological culture, innovating the system of ecological
civilization, it may promote the realization of the green dream shared by all of us.
